The Sanct Amandus Gin Distiller's Cut 2017 with 700 ml and 45% vol. Continues to write a story that we began in 2016. In the autumn of 2016, we presented the first gin in our Sanct Amandus herbal series and one year later the noble Distillers Cut, which was refined in its ingredients once again. In the Sanct Amandus schnapps is usually a classic ingredient in the center. With the Sanct Amandus Gin and the Unterthurner Gin Distiller's Cut 2017 this is clearly the juniper berry. In addition to some basic botanicals, Stephan Unterthurner has used some other ingredients to give the gin its complex taste. The surroundings of the Unterbrennner Unterturner in the Italian part of South Tyrol is rich in herbs, roots and other botanicals. Since the Unterthurner Waldler fans loved the raspberry, we also used it in the Unterthurner Gin. In addition to the classic ingredients of the Wildschlehe, Lemon and Amaretti, the Distillers Cut also has cinnamon, cloves, coriander, aniseed and orange zest. This makes the Gin perfect for the colder season when it comes to Christmas. In a limited edition of just 1,250 bottles with 0.7 liters each, the Unterthurner Gin Distillers Cut 2017 was bottled. The Sanct Amandus Gin is a wonderful addition to the range of herbal schnapps with its juniper-flavored flavor, which does not disappear.
