Gin description
Light and aromatic by nature, Villa Ascenti is made using Tuscan juniper berries, fresh mint, and thyme and other botanicals on a base of Moscato grapes. Lovely in a Wet Martini. On the nose, the mint and thyme are clear, while juniper lies beneath. To taste, Moscato grapes have an apple-like fruity quality. Quite sweet overall (for a dry gin). Garnish with a sprig of rosemary in a G&T.
