Gin description
Our craft gin begins with alcohol made entirely from B.C. fruit and aged over 3 years in stainless steel tanks to soften the finish. It features more than 20 wild and native botanicals foraged from the Cowichan Valley. From local deciduous and coniferous trees, along with ground cover herbs and roots, to locally sourced berries, this is truly a terroir gin.
