Gin description

What an adventure! Gin-filled amphoras were placed at the Cosmiques refuge (3613 m altitude) for a unique aging process. Why? The clay allows micro-oxygenation, refining and enhancing the gin’s aromas. The low atmospheric pressure at high altitude also positively influences maturation. A huge thanks to the Cosmiques refuge team and the Doller pottery for making this possible!
