Gin description
Haller's Gin Forest hides the secrets of enjoyment of the German forest: this gin combines juniper berries with pine cones, bitter-bitter gentian and rhubarb root for a tasty journey into the deepest German forests. The forest gets its natural shimmer from a light cedar wood layer. Forest Gin already unfolds a forest spice with dense green and stimulating herbs in the nose. A spicy intensity reveals itself on the tongue. And yet, despite the strong aromas, Forest always succeeds in what nature shows: to keep the balance. These botanicals are slowly and gently distilled in a slow-distilled process in traditional copper kettles - so that they later come to full maturity in your glass. The brand name "Von Hallers" pays tribute to the physicist, botanist and poet Albrecht von Haller, who opened the botanical garden in Göttingen in 1736, from which the botanicals for this extraordinary gin come. With every bottle of Von Hallers Gin you buy, you support the botanical garden in Göttingen.
