Exercise V3.0 is the latest version of our "Exercises". For the V3.0 we have done nothing more than playing with the ratios of the 8 botanicals used. And yet, the weather has managed to put another Gin down. He is a bit earthy, the cardamom is well and the aftertaste seems to have a sweetie before the juniper bush penetrates well.
