'Melissa' Lemon Balm Gin is our first creation within the Botanical Garden range, made with Lemon Balm, a member of the mint family, also known by its Latin name Melissa officinalis.She produces a herbaceous explosion on the palate that is fresh and distinctive with a beautiful citrus and minty finish. Enjoy with tonic or in a cocktail and grow your own garnish with the seeds attached!
