Here on the Isle of Mull, the inspiration behind Whitetail Gin comes from the majestic White-tailed eagles nesting near our family estate. Just like its namesake, our gin is superior in strength and power - yet as gentle on the palate as a feather drifting from the sky. We use sustainably-sourced botanicals, with many native to the Isle of Mull, such as pine, heather, and sea-kelp hand-picked by us. Our gin is then expertly crafted with the aid of eighth-generation master distiller, Charles Maxwell of Thames Distillers in London and distilled using water freshly sourced from Tiroran’s private spring (said to have mythical healing powers) to create the finest there is: a premium London Dry Gin. At 47%, Whitetail Gin is as rare a find as the eagle itself.
