Whittaker’s Gin is handcrafted with great skill and care at the family home Harewell House Farm, hence the beautiful hare label, in the heart of Nidderdale, North Yorkshire. Local botanicals are used – sharp bilberries, sweet hawthorn berries, peaty and spicy bog myrtle and fresh thyme as well as traditional juniper berries - and their own fresh Harewell House natural water. A truly artisan gin of unique stature has been created. The gin is London Dry Distilled in limited batches from the still “Jezebel” and lovingly bottled by hand. True handcrafted Yorkshire Gin.
