Botafumeiro has been developed through a successful combination of selected botanical incorporated with a distillate of high quality cereal in a slow process of distillation at low temperature, preserving the true essence of their flavors. Two distillations of botanists from the base alcohol. Botanical distilled in the first distillation: juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, orange peel and lemon. In the second distillation two botanicals are added to get the final product singularidaddel. Botafumeiro Premium Distilled Gin is crystal clear, clean fresh. Despite being clearly perceived in the nose dry light shades of citrus with which it is made, it leaves on the palate taste to coriander and juniper with marked citrus notes. The entrance is soft and fresh with a perfect balance between the citrus and juniper notes and subtle complexity that provide botanists.
