Wood Brothers small batch dry gin, is distilled in our copper pot still. We use a unique blend of herbs grown on the farm traditional gin botanicals our single estate wheat spirit and pure water to create a smooth fresh and aromatic gin. Wood Brothers Distilling Company is Oxfordshire’s first single estate distillery, producing craft spirits from seed to glass. A lot goes into our single estate spirits, the grains we plant, grow and harvest on our farm in the Oxfordshire countryside on the edge of the Cotswolds, the distillery we have built ourselves inside our 195 year old cotswold stone granary barn, the complex equipment and intricate processes, and then there is us, two brothers, Ed and Charlie, 6th generation farmers 1st generation distillers.
