Gin description
Featuring juniper, coriander seed, angelica, rosemary, rose, basil, and dandelion amongst others, Woodlab Distillery's flagship gin, Symphonia No1 combines classicism and with a verdant Irish touch. There's an immediate citrus burst, followed by notes of fresh Irish herbs and flowers, ending with a long spicy finish. Serve with Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic and a slice of green apple.
