Gin XII is hand-distilled from 12 plants and spices in a still with trays allowing to obtain subtle aromatic palettes. The recipe for Gin XII is the result of a long process of research and reflection. The choice of plants that accompany the juniper, as well as the exact proportion of each of them result from a simple idea: to obtain a dry Gin with a taste both rich and authentic. Gin XII is 12 plants and spices to express the character, the typicity and the aromatic intensity of a walk in the middle of the scrubland: juniper, coriander, sweet almond, thyme, angelica, maniguette, iris, cardamom, basil, rosemary, eucalyptus & mint.
