Patrick van Zuidam has enriched the recipe of Dutch Courage London Dry Gin with fresh Granny Smith apples. The result is a fresh Gin with a bouquet of apple and juniper berries. The fresh apple tones are nicely integrated into the other rich taste tones, the typical apple sour of the Granny Smith apple is present in the background. No predominant apple flavor but nicely balanced.
