Wanting to find the balance of ease of use and a small-batched crafted product, bartender Jeff Carroll turned creating a line of products designed for both professional and home use. After many years of trial and error, lots of market research, and dedication to perfection Jeff officially launched Carroll & Co. in the summer of 2013.
