Our Raspberry and Rose Soda is made with delicately perfumed Damask rose petals combined with the juicy sweetness of late-harvest raspberries to create a unique and delicious soda that’s perfect for mixing with pink gin or premium vodka for a refreshing summer spritz. From the raspberries, we’ve extracted a wonderfully luscious liquid that has an almost jam-like taste in its sweetness. The rose brings a fresher, floral lift to the soda that accentuates the subtle aromas of pink gins and adds a lightness when mixed with premium vodkas. Though not listed on the back of the bottle, sunshine is a key ingredient in our Raspberry & Rose Soda. Down the west coast of the USA, where mountains meet the great Pacific Ocean, the raspberries are left to soak in the sun’s rays for as long as is possible before they need to be picked. Over in Bulgaria’s legendary Rose Valley, vast swathes of pastel pink roses occupy almost every spot of ground where the sun shines.
