Little Wolf Cape Dry Tonic

Tonic description

Made using quinine from the bark of the cinchona tree, this tonic is crisp and dry. Cinchona imparts bitterness, an earthy flavour and a beautiful golden colour. Citrus zest, lemongrass and allspice complete this refined tonic, which you can serve with gin – or neat. Ingredients include water, sugar, citric acid, citrus zest, cinchona bark, salt, lemon grass, lime leaves, allspice and preservative (potassium sorbate). No colourants or flavourants added.
