Old City Soda began as restaurateur Mike Gulley’s answer to a need for high-end mixers as demand blossomed for inventive, higher-quality cocktails. With years of restaurant experience and time spent as a beverage consultant at some of Cleveland’s most progressive bars and restaurants, he knew what bartenders wanted and was intent on delivering a better product. He delivered on that mission, and so much more, creating unique and flavorful sodas that are perfect for anyone looking for a refreshing, all-natural alternative to mass produced products. We make our tonics the old fashion way, brewing a blend of Peruvian cinchona bark, citrus zest and a handful of selected herbs and spices. The result is an authentic tonic that is the perfect mixer for your favorite Vodka or Gin.
