The fruit juice we produce is made from raspberries from the Black Forest Oberkirch and added to the high-percentage distillate instead of water. The balanced ratio between the two components is crucial for the unique taste. The 89 percent brand of our tried and tested 144 Square Gin serves as the basis for the 144 Raspberry Square Gin. In contrast to gin, the distillate is reduced to a pleasant 31% drinking strength with handpicked raspberries. The addition of fresh lemon juice gives the 144 Raspberry Square Gin the finishing touches. After filling, each bottle is labeled by hand and sent on a journey to various parts of Germany.
