We love gin at Cru. As a drink in itself. Gin also has so much personality, sophistication and strength in itself, it is a perfect spirit to serve as a base and flavoring in all kinds of other cocktails. When you can have the most fragrant Italian lemons, thanks to partner Minouche Cooreman and breeder Salvatore Aceto, disposal and a master distiller and Belgin, than are the opportunities for the taking. In collaboration with these partners has also developed a fine premium gin, which is found only in Cru. A dry gin so, with a yellow undertone in the color that not only tastes like juniper and herbs and smells, but also a more pronounced flavor of the famed Amalficitroenen in it.
