Gin description

Aeijst (pronounced aced) is a Styrian gin. It’s crafted in southern Styria to be exact. We even named it after a local dialect word for branches. Styria isn’t known for ist gin. We aim to change that. Our gin is made from 100% organic ingredients in Austria. We savored nine different botanicals (juniper, coriander, lemon and others) individually and combined them into one harmonic recipe. Distinctive notes of juniper are followed by fresh citrus and herbal aromas. Our gin shows strong complexity despite the fact that it’s made from few ingredients. That's because of our elaborate formula. Its taste is pleasant and stays on your palate for a while. Excellent on its own or as a partner for mixing.
