Pigskin Gin

Gin description

Pigskin gin has aged for a minimum of six months in ancient Sardinian chestnut barrels, giving a softness and roundness. The botanicals are juniper, leaves of myrtle, wild fennel, lemon peel, thyme, helichrysum and salvia desoleana, a plant that is typical in the Sardinian area. The name Pigskin was chosen after a close encounter with a wild boar during the collection of the botanicals.
