Alchemy Dry Gin is created from Maine-grown barley distilled three times in a pot still. During the second distillation, juniper, coriander, cardamom, and lemon peel are infused into the alcohol while it is still in its vapor state. Alchemy is a perky, floral-forward gin that can be best enjoyed in sour drinks or dirty martinis.
