Gin description

Created by the Antwerp butcher Luc De Laet, Secreto 07 consists of a prime piece of Rubia Gallega rib-eye steak which is marinated for 7 weeks in a special mix of 7 herbs and spices. The Adria brothers love it (you know, the guys from El Bulli) as do the gourmets of London's uber-hip The Restaurant Show. So, thought Luc De Laet, what if I took the spices and herbs that make Secreto 07 so special, added a bit of dried Secreto 07 meat (that's novelty number three, by the way) and made a gin? Well, easier said than done, obviously, but after quite a few trial runs Butcher's Gin is now bottled and ready for you to buy!
