Gin description

We begin with our award-winning Alpine Distilling Gin, created via a vapor extraction distillation process and proprietary blend of juniper, coriander, angelica root, cardamom, ginger root, orange peel and lemon peel. The spirit is cut to proof using our pure, mountain water and treated to a maceration of Egyptian Hibiscus flowers to add color and flavor. Sweet aroma, light spice, orange blossom, honey, fresh fruit peel, slight note of spring meadow, crisp. Cranberry in the mouth, pomegranate, tart, sweet, light juniper, orange peel, grapefruit, herbacious. Crisp finish, refreshing, delightfully astringent.
