Riple Gotland Cask is a limited edition born from a 100% Gotland collaboration: Gotlands Ginfabrik x Gotland Whisky x Tektor Cigars. The gin is aged for approximately three months in ex-Trullaik whisky casks (6 years old, 48%) from Gotland Whisky, made of American and Hungarian oak. The American oak contributes notes of raisins, vanilla, and honey, while the Hungarian oak enhances the spicy character. After maturation, the gin rests for a few months in stainless steel tanks, then is delicately infused with Tektor cigar smoke, revealing leathery and smoky nuances, with a subtle hint of sweet cola for those who seek it. The goal: an elegant, decidedly mature sipping gin, designed to be enjoyed neat as an after-dinner drink or to shine in a more demonstrative Dry Martini or a subtly smoky Negroni.
