Gin description

Gin is produced on the basis of cereal or neutral, pure alcohol. Its aroma is obtained through various herbs and spices. The aromatics used include coriander from Mexico, licorice from England, orange and lemon peel, violet roots from Italy, juniper from Germany, almonds and cardamom from Indo-China, French anise and many others. All ingredients are added together with the alcohol into large flasks and burned again and distilled. The duration of this process - like the list of ingredients - is a secret of the manufacturer! After the distillation, our gin pomegranate was reduced to drinking strength and refined with pure pomegranate juice, which shows a slight red shimmer in the glass. The typical Gin juniper fragrance is also noticeable in the nose, but on the palate it is markedly milder with a trace acid coming from the fruit of the pomegranate, which can also be seen in the long finish.
