Organic fruit is steeped in our No. 1 Gin to produce our delicious and unique fruit gins. We ensure that the fruit is absolutely ripe in order to harness the natural sugars in the fruit. Blackcurrants are a rich source of vitamin C and have a strikingly piquant flavour. Steeped in our botanical gin, they add a sweet, citrus overtone and a deep purple hue. Blackcurrant Botanical Gin is perfect mixed with sparkling water or lemonade, straight on the rocks or added to Prosecco or Champagne for a celebrational cocktail.
