The Bayerisch Gin is made with passion in our small Bavarian manufacturer of hand. Therefore, very few bottles are produced per batch. We have worked for over a year with a small Testdestille at the Gin recipe. From this arose three magnificent gin recipes. Our Bayerisch Gin is a hearty Bavarian Dry Gin and its hoppy and malty wort should not only inspire the Bavarians. Here come next juniper, hops, pale ale malt, gentian root and pine 32 Botanicals for the spicy flavor used.
