Gin description

Silvio Carta's third gin is made of juniper that grows close to the sea. The juniper berries are handpicked and transported approximately 10km, so they are completely fresh upon arrival at the distillery. As with Silvio Carts "Giniu", unique local spices are added. The Boigin name refers to the italian word for ox: bue. The ox refers to nature, liveliness and freshness, that can also be found in this gin!
