From the love, scents and flavors of our land, the heart of the Sibillini Mountains, comes BUCKSKIN GIN. Hazelnut, Gentian, Pine, Green Anise, Mistletoe, Dogwood and four other extraordinary botanicals make this Gin balanced, fresh and unique. Distillation is carried out in Italy using a pure copper and steel still created by the Müller family, prominent still makers since 1929, who export all over the world from a small village in the Black Forest in Germany. The distillation process takes several hours, during which the botanicals gradually release their aromas and flavors. As the alcohol evaporates, it carries these scents with it, passes inside the condenser where it becomes liquid again and gushes out of the still's "parrot," creating the magic of distillation. The distillate laden with the aromas of the botanicals is left to rest in steel casks, where the extracted aromas blend together to create the unique flavor of BUCKSKIN gin. Each sip is truly a journey toward discovering the typical flavors of our land.
