Campfire Gin - Special Edition No. 1

Gin description

Our first Special Edition gin is the result of a unique collaboration between Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust and ourselves. The distinct colour comes from the inclusion of Himalayan balsam, an invasive plant cleared by the Trust to protect the health of Hertfordshire’s rivers. The flowers were picked from the stem and we brought them back to the distillery for drying. The dried flowers are infused in the gin to give it an amazing pink glow. We then filter and bottle it ready for labelling with our Special Edition No 1 label. For every bottle sold we will donate £2 to Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust.
