The one that has been integrated into the aromatic base of the Citadelle Original comes from Maison Marc, well known to gourmets and lovers of French terroir. This 100% family business cultivates its Cucumis sativus without insecticides, herbicides or preservatives and they are always picked by hand in Burgundy. Intense and herbaceous notes of juniper and anise, then, the vinegary and green side of the gherkin bring a saline dimension. The finish is long and persistent with a subtle touch of mustard and small white onions.
