Gin description

Our gin impresses with its honest, rustic character and its delicate floral headnotes. A total of 16 Bio-Botanicals are gently distilled for this gin. In addition to juniper, coriander and ginger, there are lavender, rose petals and paradise grains, as well as 10 other exquisite ingredients, for the taste and the quality of this distillate. The "Porst", which also plays an important role in our gin, is a "thread" of our herbal distillates. Contrary to most other Gin varieties, our distillate is carefully reduced to 42% vol by particularly soft water. The result is an "honest" gin, which, in addition to flattering floral notes, can also feature characterful corners and edges. Just a real one from the coast. Nose: In addition to a slightly raised juniper berry, Coriander and Angelica seed stand for the rustic accents in this distillate. These notes are somewhat rugged, but are soon restrained by the floral aromas of lavender, rose blossoms and lemon. A little later, an anise-like note accompanies the bouquet. An olfactory experience. Palate: on the tongue this distillate behaves contrary to the odorous impressions. The first impression here is a meadow of floral components, in the middle of which is a juniper bush. At the end, other rustic taste-makers appear cautiously at the edge of the meadow. The whole impression of this scenery remains on the tongue for a long time.
