The Clouds Gin Distillers Cut, the Swiss distillery Humbel jointly developed with Andreas Kloke. Kloke is bar manager of the Clouds in Zurich. In the Limited Edition especially the herbs rich touch of spirit was worked out. The gin is created very trendy and fresh. Already his scent is a pleasant aroma in the next juniper notes of mandarin and orange resonate. The flavor is then very spicy. Here are the notes of thyme and sage, cardamom and resin. For these aromas diverse ingredients. They include the shells of lemons and oranges, the herb coriander, thyme and sage, and juniper course. And due to the fact that Humbel distilled a variety of unmixed cherry fires, even some cherry is included in the list of ingredients.
