Gin description

Copper potstill alembic distillation. finished in a beautiful french oak barrel. Some cloudiness, faint suspension or very light sediment may be apparent. Fresh aroma. Orange blossoms and fresh lime. Hints of sage. Crisp taste. Classic juniper & pine. Toasted honey, lime peels, and a little spring sap. Lovely balance and drinkability. Almost begs for tonic & ice. Soft and airy finish, well integrated and rounded. Lingering juniper and red grapefruit.
