Gin description
The Gin Destination: Provence is the first distillate of Wayfarer. Inspired by an early summer trip to southern France it is distilled from a dozen typical Provencal ingredients. The bouquet is dominated by tangy lime and southern French lemon verbena. Gets the Dry Gin some time to breathe, can slow the blooming lavender fields of Provence discover. On the palate unfolds the rich aroma market fresh Provencal herbs such as thyme, rosemary, basil and sage before the juniper its dry character presented in a long-lasting, creamy finish. Each bottle has a lavender pendant in cardboard. On this an anecdote or memory of the first trip of Benedict brewer is printed with his girlfriend through Provence in early summer 2011, respectively. Altogether there are 14 different days, which trace the former route and partly also take up the most important ingredients of Gin.
