Crimson Pangolin Chinese Botanical Craft Gin - Blue Pea, Jasmine & Lotus Root

Gin description

With all the ingredients farmed and sourced in Mainland China, the Yunnan wheat base is infused with Shandong junipers, Hainan Lemon, butterfly blue pea tea from the South of China, dried lotus root and jasmine tea. Maintaining the citrus notes of the original Crimson Pangolin, the spice has been replaced with a pleasant and fragrant jasmine tea aroma which is deeper accentuated by the lotus root. The rich blue colour of the liquid comes from the natural dying properties of the butterfly blue pea tea. Crimson Pangolin gin is proudly distilled in the historic city of Changsha, Hunan province. Changsha is known to be one of the cleanest cities in China, with only roughly 1% of the land being industrialised. Crimson Pangolin works with various wildlife charities across South East Asia to help protect and conserve the world's most trafficked animal, the pangolin.
