On the occasion of the exhibition PARIS!, Distillerie de Paris traveled the Jardin d'Acclimation in order to collect botanical and make a Gin 100% Parisien. It includes a freshness and vegetable intensity that recalls the atmosphere of the garden. It guesses the hop leaf, raspberry grows, verbena or fresh mint. Elongated soda water or tonic the table extended: one perceives the smell of a fig leaf crumpled between the fingers, the young shoots of juniper and coriander. A lavender button is reminiscent of the great Parisian perfume. Verbena, she brings a note of citrus that energizes the table.
