Gin description

Crafted together over a three year period after an initial scatter brain idea, that there was no reason why we shouldn't make a premium Gin. Years of research and learning brought us to where we are today with Gin Divine. Using a mix of botanicals ranging from the pepperiness of Grains Of Paradise and the spice of the Cinnamon Bark you will find that Gin Divine is as delightful to drink in a cocktail, classically with tonic or very easily neat with perhaps a single block of ice. The initial nose gives you the piney freshness of the Juniper with an under taste provided by the orris root. The peppery note merges with the everpresent juniper, eventually developing into a slightly spicy tone towards the end. Gin Divine balances the botanical mix with no flavour dominating or over powering the other. This has created a smooth Gin best served, dependant on palette, with either cinnamon stick or perhaps pomegranate seed. Always good with a sliver of orange peel.
