Gin description

Ireland’s first super-premium single estate pot still gin. A unique base spirit distilled from our homegrown floor malted barley. Local botanicals including whin bush petals and Strangford Lough seaweed create flavours of the land and sea. The nose is complex and perfectly balanced. Fresh floral and zesty citrus notes. Sweet and smooth, with a hint of malt from Echlinville’s homegrown barley. In the mouth, anise and lavender make way for juniper and coriander notes. Sweetness carries on throughout with a malt character and creamy mouthfeel seldom found in modern gins. Rose flower is prominent as you savour the finish, with pine and citrus re-visiting.
