The Similan islands off the coast of Phuket are a chain of nine tiny paradises, famous for crystal clear water, coral reefs, and lush forests. We’ve used Thai botanicals to evoke the dreamy, blissful spirit of the archipelago. Welcome to paradise. Lime and coriander: inspired by flavours paired in Thai cuisine. Zesty and aromatic up front, with lime peel and coriander leaf together working to ensure the gin is bright and fresh. Remains citrusy and tart throughout, with the lime taking the fore and the aromatic herbal character from the coriander acting more as a baseline.
