Zephyr Blue Elderberry Gin

Gin description

A sister to Black Zephyr, Blue Zephyr is flavoured with sweet elderberry and gardenia and infused with blue iris, hence the colour. Zephyr is produced in small batches in a 60 year old copper pot still called Constance (Connie) and named after the head distillers’ mother. All the selected ingredients are heated in our copper pot still so that the flavors and aromas are released into the spirit vapor giving Zephyr its unique flavor and character.
