Mr. London Dry Gin is an artisanal gin containing 16 botanicals and made according to the classic London Dry principle. These botanicals are macerated for 32h in 96% grain alcohol, to release all the flavor. Subsequently, the product in a copper pot-still (boiler) is distilled at 80 °. For this new gin are 16 of the 17 botanicals from the formulation of the original Mr. Gin used, but they are distilled in a completely different manner. The result is a very floral, completely different taste experience than the first Mr. Gin. The blind tastings yielded by connoisseurs even surprising reactions to a particular palate differently that you're just a London Dry.
