This gin liqueur is unexpectedly vivid and beautifully flavoured. Succulent strawberries deliver delicious sweetness followed by a soft trace of pepper on the nose. The taste follows suit, with mouth-watering candied fruit and then a warming heat from the pink peppercorns. You’re left with silky mouth feel and a surprising spice finish.
