A gin that takes up the classics of the genre but with an extra touch. The softness and roundness of Erica Heather honey blends perfectly with the exoticism of Sansho bay. Dry is the hallmark of Erika's spirits. It was with this gin that it all started. This gin is round, powerful and will surprise you with its aromas of honey and spices. Gin Erika is a Gin of Character, it is in line with the so-called “Craft” Gins, ie produced in an artisanal way, and above all with an originality specific to this type of gin. It is a clever mix of love and passion that are at the origin of our Aquitaine gin! These characteristics are enhanced by our Stupfler still, small capacity, handcrafted for several generations. This results in "micro batches" - that is, small amounts of gin produced at each distillation. Our botanicals are local and come from the Aquitaine region. This is why we have chosen juniper, so that it has a real “Gin” identity, with a range of flavors from the different botanicals chosen. You will find the freshness of tarragon, the body of Walnut leaf, the spiciness of "Sansho berries", but also the sweetness and roundness of ERIKA heather honey produced by our beekeeper.
