Erika's Navy Strength gin is made in the same Stupfler still and following the same process as Dry gin. However, the reduction is less which gives less diluted flavors and therefore more aromas and body. It has a more spicy and woody taste than a classic “London Dry” and is more likely to warm the palate. This particularity is an asset for mixology and the assurance of having a tasty alcohol in digestive. When mixed with other spirits and liqueurs, Navy Strength Gin becomes more pronounced and acts like a conductor, where all the other flavors harmoniously orchestrate around it. When mixed well, Navy Strength Gin takes on its true meaning and the botanical structure and flavor are emphasized.
