The Pócima Gin is the Premium gin inspired by the meigas of the XVI century, elaborated in Galicia by master distillers, in a controlled process of triple distillation using small copper stills. The Gin potion has been created through a successful combination of carefully selected botanicals incorporated into a high quality cereal distillate in a slow process of low temperature distillation to preserve the aroma, flavor and nature of the botanists.
