The Fellbach Dry Gin is a classic distilled and unsweetened gin, which can be assigned to the "New Western Dry Gin" category. Originally only developed for the family's home use and friendships, the Fellin is now a favorite in the Stuttgart region. In the course of intensive maceration of the botanicals of 60 hours, the Fellbach Dry Gin is developed from 12 different botanicals, which are slowly and aromatically distilled on a traditional wood-fired distillation plant, then the raw distillate For at least six months it is stored in glass flasks, before it is filled to the bottle with 45% vol. Because of its softness, freshness and attractive aromas, it is suitable for pure pleasure or as a classic cocktail accompaniment, spicy, not too dominant juniper notes with fresh citrus.
