Each batch of 58 Gin is distilled just once using the exact amount of botanicals, to create our bespoke and extraordinary Gin. Each run produces around 80 bottles, hand crafted, labelled and wax enclosed, ensuring the best flavours and aromas for your responsible drinking pleasure. The process of creating 58 Gin starts by adding grain spirit to our beautiful alembic copper still, with nine carefully selected botanicals then redistilling to extract the aromatic compounds, hence creating a world class gin. The Batch 58 special edition has been bottled at 58% ABV and is limited to only 58 bottles!
